SONY/Orchard/BSE Recordingsproudly announce the global release of the debut album, “GENESIS” from chart-topping female Hip-hop recording artist T BARZ. The much anticipated re-release of the album will be available this Friday, April 26th, 2019, via all streaming and download platforms.
This past week, it was announced that T BARZ has been added to the already phenomenal line-up to perform at the 25th Annual ESSENCE Music Festival taking place in New Orleans during the 4th of July weekend. “I am still in shock that I will be part of such a spectacular and momentous event. This is stuff that you dream of as a kid and to know that I will be rocking one the stages at ESSENCE, it’s simply unreal,”
The re-release of “GENESIS” is led by the smash single, “The Lyfe“. The single is already creating national buzz with airplay in Atlanta, New Orleans, Mobile, New York, Connecticut, Philadelphia and Los Angeles. “The Lyfe” was written by T Barz, Lou Humphrey andJasmon Joyner. “It’s a vibe song inspired by an almost summer day, 70 degrees to be exact, top down while riding on an old-school ride driving through the neighborhood thinking about those goals that you want to accomplish,” adds Barz.
