Nicki Minaj recently backed President Trump and was given U.S. citizenship after a public appearance with him.
On January 28, Nicki joined Trump on stage during a speech at the Trump Accounts Summit in Washington, DC. Her strong support seems to have paid off. Right after, she posted a photo on X showing a special Trump Gold Card.
This card offers citizenship for a large fee to those here illegally. The Department of Homeland Security states that applications require a $15,000 fee plus a $1 million gift, showing the person benefits the U.S. However, Nicki claims she got hers for free.
Nicki wrote, “Finalizing that citizenship paperwork, thanks to my wonderful President. Thanks to the petition. I couldn’t have done it without you. Oh CitizenNIKA, you’re the moment. Gold Card free of charge.”
Nicki Minaj, who came illegally from Trinidad at age 5, has recently become a strong Trump supporter. It’s her third endorsement in two months. In November, she spoke at a United Nations event for his party, and in December, praised him highly at Erika Kirk’s AmericanFest. She even called Trump the best president ever at the latest event.
